I guide individuals and couples in reconnecting to their bodies, emotions, and authentic desires. Through the VITA Methodology (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) each session includes somatic awareness, breath work, meditation and safe compassionate conversation. We explore how to cultivate self-love, deepen intimacy, and create a safe space within your mind and heart to nurture more fulfilling relationships in your life.

While therapy often focuses on healing the past and diagnosing mental health concerns, my approach centers on embodied awareness, emotional regulation, and conscious intimacy in the present moment. My sessions are from a desired centered model, body-based, and forward-moving. This complements therapy rather than replacing it.

Yes. I take a trauma-informed approach, meaning I honor your pace, your boundaries, and your nervous system. My role is to support safety, presence, and empowerment — never to push or “fix.” Healing happens through compassion, not pressure. If there is anything beyond my scope of practice, I would gently refer you to someone who is specialized in the type of trauma healing you may be seeking. Having a Therapist in addition to this VITA Coaching Methodology can be beneficial to your journey.

Depends! All sessions are fully clothed and non-sexual in nature, however the topic of EROS will be a part of the experience. Clothing is also optional. For the Yoni Egg practices or breast massages you are invited to wear a robe or to be nude. The work focuses on energy, emotion, and embodied awareness. If being in your birthday suit is a part of your embodied awareness, then I fully celebrate you! This is a safe and non judgemental space to be exactly as you are. 

Sexual contact will be gently invited in the Couples Tantric practices. You will be guided to safe physical touch, breath work and practices that deepen intimacy in whichever ways you and your partner are seeking. 

I will simply be your guide and will never do anything hands on or sexual in nature.

Yes — I offer both in-person in Los Osos California and online sessions (via Zoom) so that you can connect from anywhere in the world. This work is powerful and you can practice it from the safety and comfort of your own bedroom.  Be sure to book a session when you will have complete sovereignty and privacy. These sessions invite you to be fully expressive in your voice, screams or moans. Be aware pleasure awaits you!
